I'm yet to play this game, *iv'e played V though! but this music is great! *Anyone else reminded of the Pirates of a Caribbean song for part of this?* lol Comment by awktopusĭoes anybody else get the same emotional reaction when listening to any Oblivion songs? They all make me tear up. When you accidentally pressed E at the wrong time and pick up an apple "stop right there criminal scum!" Comment by DerpVader295 From beginning to end the music tells a story, it conjures a world of its own, and ultimately Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Soundtrack is one of the most memorable game soundtracks I have ever heard.Genre Classical Comment by Literally Okayasu The Oblivion Soundtrack is in a league of its own and provides a fantastic listening experience. While other game soundtracks can produce similar effects, this one is different - Jeremy Soule has created something truly special. I can re-experience it whenever I turn on the music, a flood of positive memories and feelings come flowing back. Oblivion's music was composed by Jeremy Soule. Style: Soundtrack, Score, Video Game Music, Modern Classical. Genre: Electronic, Classical, Stage & Screen. Format: 26x, File MP3, Album, Reissue 320 kbps.

My experience with Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is one that continues today thanks to its elegant soundtrack. However, if someone has played the game before, when they listen to its soundtrack, they can still see Oblivion’s painted hills, untouched by time, and the vision is lovely. It is a beautiful, easy-on-the-ears soundtrack that one can enjoy whether they are playing the game or not. Jeremy Soule’s soundtrack has a whimsical, magical quality about it that perfectly captures the essence of the world and the excited feeling of the starry eyed player as they run through it. This was not a bombastic soundtrack, it was quite the opposite: warm, colorful, peaceful, minimalistic, and the effect was lulling. The orchestral music breathed life into the game’s surroundings, and did so gently. It was in all corners of the world, and it never grew tiresome. It is impossible to forget the experience I had playing the game, and its respective soundtrack is a large part of the reason why. I spent a mini life in that game, running through endless grassy meadows, caves, villages, and castles to complete quest after quest after quest. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion promised just that, a gorgeous world to roam free in, and roam free I did. It is more than just a story a video game whisks you away into a new world, one that you can explore and be an active ingredient in. Playing a video game is an adventure every time.

Review Summary: A beautiful soundtrack that should not be forgotten.
